For the last 2000 odd years, the Roman empire has set up a system of ownership of all property and souls on the planet. They have done this through their Papal bulls and trusts.
What is a Papal bull?
To understand what a Papal bull is, you first have to know about “Letters patent“. Letters patent are a type of legal instrument. They are written orders normally issued by a monarch or president. These orders give the signatory a right, monopoly, title or status over a person or corporation. (From the latin litterae patentes.)

Here is the definition according to dictionary.com:
letters patent (noun, Law )
a written or printed instrument issued by a sovereign power, conferring upon a patentee some right, as the exclusive right to land or the exclusive right to make, use, and sell an invention for a limited time.
A Papal bull is a special type of “letters patent” that is issued by the Pope of the Catholic church.
Unam Sanctam
On the 18 november 1302, Pope Boniface VII issued the Papal bull “Unam sanctam”.
This document is regarded by many as one of the most extreme forms of papal spiritual supremacy ever made. The document includes the line:
“We declare, we proclaim, we define that it is absolutely necessary for salvation that every human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff.”
Here is another example of this:
“Furthermore, in this one Church of Christ no man can be or remain who does not accept, recognize and obey the authority and supremacy of Peter and his legitimate successors.” (Pope Pius XI, Encyclical, Mortalium animos, January 6, 1928, The Papal Encyclicals, Claudia Carlen, I.H.M., McGrath Publishing Co., 1981, pp. 317, 318).
You can read deeper into papal spiritual supremacy, but what it boils down to is that they claim they have spiritual dominion over all of humanity.
Unam Sanctum was the first express trust. (This is a lengthy topic that I won’t go into here, but I will supply a link for further research into express trusts.) It basically laid claim to ownership of all property and souls in the world by the catholic church.

The Holy Roman Empire
Hitler’s nazi Germany is often referred to as the 3rd Reich.
The first reich was the Holy Roman Empire. It covered the time from 800 – 1806. Not to be confused with the old ancient Roman Empire, this was the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation as it became known later. (Heiliges Römisches Reich deutscher Nation) The year 800AD was the crowning of Charlemagne.( Charles the Great) Sometimes the year 962AD is used as the start of the 1st Reich with the crowning of Otto the Great.
The German King was given the the title of “Emperor of the Romans” from the Pope. After the 16th century, this elected monarch governed the Holy Roman Empire.
Germany has deep ties to the pope and the catholic church. This has continued throughout history.
The second Reich was known as the German Empire or Deutsches Reich. This was the unified German Monarchy that existed between the unification of Germany in 1871 until 1918.
Then we obviously had the 3rd reich with Nazi Germany and Hitler. The catholic church had very close ties to Hitler’s Nazi Germany, which is not surprising since the church has a history of claiming ownership of all peoples souls.
People tend to forget that the Germans have been the Roman Empire right up to recent times. In fact right now we are under the 4th Reich. I will get to that shortly.
The Instrument Of Ratification
Check out this newspaper report from July 18 2008. “SOLD OUT TO EUROPE: BROWN MAKES QUEEN SIGN AWAY OUR SOVEREIGNTY”
Basically, Gordon Brown signed the UK onto the Lisbon Treaty in secrecy. We were only told 24 hours after the Queen had signed “The instrument of Ratification”.
Now the newspaper article makes a big deal saying that he surrendered to Brussels but we need to look deeper to see what really happened.

THE RATIFICATION PROCESS
- Parliament approves bill to ratify treaty
- The Queen gives Royal assent
- The”instruments of ratification” are drawn up by the Foreign Office
- These documents – three pages of goatskin parchment – are sent to the Queen
- The Queen signs the front page and a warrant authorising them
- The documents return to the Foreign Office and are signed by the foreign secretary
- They are sent to the Crown Office in the House of Lords who affix the great seal
- The documents return to the Foreign Office, are tied in a blue ribbon and bound in blue leather
- They are sent to the British Embassy in Rome and then to the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Only then is ratification complete.
I have yet to find the significance of the goatskin parchment, the blue ribbon and the blue leather but I’m sure there will be a symbolic meaning incorporated into this. The most important point to notice is that the treaty was sent to Rome, not Brussells!
Even though the EU headquarters are in Brussells, who is really in charge?

The German Constitutional Court caught the whole of the EU off guard by creating an opt-out for Germany in respect of any EU proposal (which must be unanimous) to deploy EU forces in battle. Of all 27 EU member nations, Germany alone must refer such a proposal to its national government for decision. This effectively places Germany in charge of deciding when and how the EU will enter combat as a combined force.
Simplify this for me
We are under control of the 4th Reich at the moment. Germany has control of Europe militarily through Nato and financially. The treaties claiming ownership of europe have been sent to Rome.
The pattern continues, as it has done for over 2000 years and the majority of people are blind to it.
